I am a figurative painter focused on the natural world and human impact on it. My art aims to evoke empathy and compassion, highlighting those often overlooked in galleries, and exploring themes of sentience and earth-based spirituality. I specifically paint girls and women, leaders in environmental movements, as well as young people who will inherit our planet. I view my work as ‘portraits of the future’, reflecting the impact of today’s choices on their lives. Having been a professional theater actor, I deeply value storytelling and the diversity of human experience. This background informs my passion for painting individuals—both human and non-human—and their environments.
