Plein Air Painting demonstration by Brooke Borcherding!
Please join us at JG Gallery for a demonstration of plein air painting by Brooke Borcherding, a gallery favorite from Seattle.
Borcherding’s artwork reflects her intuitive affinity for color and dynamic composition. Her “deconstructed” style has been described as a modern take on pointillism or a painterly version of blown-up computer pixels.
She will be painting in the gallery on Friday, July 11th from 3-6 pm and again on Saturday, July 26th from 3-6 pm.

New by Andy McConnell

Andy McConnell’s woodworking is deeply rooted in his Pacific Northwest upbringing and his lifelong engagement with regional artists and the natural environment. His work often features abstract, non‑representational pieces—particularly carved cedar burls and wood-and-epoxy “portal” sculptures—that serve as metaphors for the inner human landscape, exploring identity, accident, balance, and difference.

June Show Moved to Bainbridge Homes!

“From The Studio” Solo Show by Kathe Fraga. The show reveals Fraga’s layered approach to storytelling through color, texture, and romantic imagery. The show has been moved next door to Bainbridge Homes Real Estate, our annex gallery location. Be sure to pop in and see this extraordinary artwork.

New at the Gallery : Beaded Sculptures by Barbara Duzan

Barbara Duzan’s wall-mounted animal sculptures are made from clay and adorned with intricate, mosaic-like patterns of beads and found objects. Inspired by the concept of camouflage, these pieces explore themes of protection and irony, transforming traditional trophy heads into vibrant, nature-infused artworks that celebrate animals, color, texture, and organic forms.
